Alex and Bill were absolutely fantastic. They helped me move into my apartment during cold weather with snow and ice on the ground, and they were great sports the entire time. They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and managed to get the entire move done in a little under five hours. I truly can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, positive attitude, and hard work under tough conditions. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

I went with Box Star Movers Because they had a great rate, seemed fair, were up front, and honest. Garcia and Justice were polite, kind and incredibly efficient at moving me. Moves are stressful- especially when you’re older and can’t do as much as you used to. I’m very grateful to these two gentlemen. They made my move peaceful easy and I would recommend them to anybody. And I couldn’t believe how fast they were able to complete everything. I had a few things yet unpacked and they said don’t worry about it. We got it. Thank you guys.

I had a very good experience with Boxstar Movers. The team was professional, on time, and handled my belongings carefully. Their prices are very economical, and I really liked that they have a fixed hourly rate with no hidden charges. The whole moving process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Boxstar Movers to anyone looking for reliable and affordable moving services. If you want it shorter or more casual, I can rewrite it too.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for movers in the DMV. Boxstar was great to work with throughout the process. The first person I spoke to when I got my quote was Zee, and she was very nice and knowledgeable. The company sent reminder messages, and I got a text from the moving crew when they were about 15 minutes from my apartment. The crew (I can’t remember their names!) was very efficient. Before they arrived, I’d packed and stacked all the boxes and furniture to try and make it easier for loading, then I just stayed out of their way. They worked super quickly, wrapped all my larger furniture items to protect them, and got everything in the truck, moved, and unloaded in just 15 minutes over the initial estimate. Paying was convenient since you can use e-check, cash, or card. I really appreciated the crew’s work! What they did in 2 hours would’ve taken me all weekend had I tried to DIY it.

I had the best (in years) experience moving with Ochir and Isidro! They were incredibly sweet, attentive, and professional throughout the whole process. From start to finish, they made sure to respect every decision I made and followed through perfectly. They handled everything with so much care and worked efficiently while still being thoughtful. Moving can be stressful, but they made it feel smooth and easy. I’m so grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers who are not only hardworking but also kind and respectful. Great value for price too!

I had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. The team arrived on time, was highly professional, and handled all of my belongings with exceptional care. My large TV was wrapped perfectly, and my dining table, bed, and other furniture were moved carefully and securely. Everything arrived at my new home in perfect condition, without a single scratch or issue. The crew worked efficiently, respectfully, and made the entire moving process smooth and completely stress-free. Special thanks to Bill, Aleix, and Eric for their outstanding work. We were moving a 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom from OH to VA. I called the Box Movers 1 week before our move. They were very precise and actually worked with the pricing as well. The movers arrived 5 minutes before actual time, helped me with moving and parking the U-Hale, They were respectful with a have a nice attitude. Seiit and Ochiro were wonderful ! They moved our furniture carefully and fast. I am very satisfied of choosing this moving company!

These guys (Garcia & Victor🤗) were amazing!! Friendly, fast yet careful, and saved me tons of work. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), quickly assessed the job and immediately got busy! When we got to the other place, which doesn’t have an elevator AND is a bilevel unit, they told me to let them know where I wanted everything. They took the items to the location, unwrapped and set everything up! I move often, and I’m hoping not to do it again anytime soon BUT if I do, I am certainly using this company again!! I am beyond happy to have hired them.

I have used more than a handful of professional movers over the past few years and, unfortunately, have had my share of horror stories.
